PEER-REVIEWING The Peer-Reviewing process of articles sent for publication comprises the following stages: first, the articles are reviewed by the editors in order to determine whether they correspond in field of research and subject to the concept of the publication, and observe the citation and editing rules requested in the section Instructions for Authors next, the articles are sent to specialists of particular fields of the Editorial and Scientific Advisory Board if necessary, opinions of other experts of academic institutions at home and abroad are also requested the experts communicate their opinion to the editorial office, and, on a case-to-case basis, their observations and comments as conditions for publication the editorial office informs the author on the experts' and editors' decision, or, if needed, transmits the requirements of the experts as conditions for publication.
